Delivery Delays
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to festivals, public holidays, weather conditions, courier service disruptions, remote delivery locations, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.
- Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, the delivery process is managed by the respective courier service through Delhivery. Although Vasthraceda cannot directly control courier-related delays, our team will always assist you in tracking the shipment and resolving delivery concerns wherever possible.
